I've been doing a lot of cross stitch over the past couple of weeks, but flitting from one thing to another. I got the pattern for the design on the left from a website (one of many free patterns), but I miscalculated the size of the design and I didn't have the space for the alphabet and the quilt block, so I just added my initials and the year and made it into a mini cushion! It's stuffed with bits of leftover wadding. I've bought some fabric on eBay and when that arrives I want to make the heart hanger. (The pattern is from the Samplers-and-Santas website.)
